I am a Technical Director with AECOM India with over 25 years professional experience in strategic advisory, infrastructure planning & financing. My experience includes advising public sector client on project assessment, detail financial feasibility, project structuring, risk identification & mitigation strategy, implementation framework for various infrastructure projects across sectors. I have also worked extensively on industry analysis, demand modelling and forecasting using specialized modelling techniques, gap assessment, project identification and conceptualization, cost estimation and economic & financial analysis. My expertise includes economic evaluation of land uses and strategic policy decisions for both the private sector and public agencies to assist them to work out the market responsive, financially viable and economically sustainable land use strategies in terms of their impact on key stakeholders.
