Total 14 years of experiance in pharmaceutical industry. Currently associated with Procter & Gamble. Taking care of End-to-End Project deliverables, Management of couple of Projects starting from Funding approval till Capitalization and Technical engineer for Projects. Deliver the project by EWP process.(Feasibility, Conceptual, definition, Design & Construct and start up). Knowledge of and experience in using project management techniques and principles including planning, designing, budget, scope and schedule development and monitoring. Experience preparing and monitoring of project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Deliver the Capital projects execution and spending on time as per CPS. Ensure all Utilities to include Boilers, Water Treatment system, Chillers, HVAC, RO Water system, Hot water Heaters, Cooling Towers, Air Conditioners and Air Compressors are maintained in compliance with all Sop’s to target quality outcomes. Maintain compliance with all GMP and safety standards related to the department. Having knowledge of cGMP pharmaceutical facilities and Good documentation Practice (GDP). As a team leader, manage 20 people to make them to do work on time with complete confidence and motivation. Knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines ISO14644/Pharmacopia/WHO and Schedule M.
