My experience spans across developing and optimizing automated assembly lines, integrating advanced welding technologies, and driving cost-effective automation solutions to enhance production efficiency and quality. I have played a key role in executing large-scale Greenfield and brownfield projects, leading supplier sourcing, technical validation, and cost negotiations, achieving 20% cost savings through strategic procurement and process optimization. My expertise in Spot, MIG, and Stud Welding, along with robotic welding cell integration, has significantly improved manufacturing throughput and production consistency. One of my major accomplishments includes leading a ₹2500 MINR brownfield project, successfully increasing automation from 20% to 80% for new platform, resulting in enhanced efficiency and output. Additionally, I have spearheaded the sourcing and development of 15+ local and global line builders with for global OEMs Nissan & Stellantis, ensuring robust automation solutions.
