I have over 25 years of experience working in B2B sales, plant operations, supply chain, product development and digital marketing. Currently, I work as the General Manager at German multinational, Hydac India, where I lead cross functional teams to develop new markets and products ensuring diversified business for the company. I am experienced in key account management, direct sales, OEMs, EPC contractors, PSUs and distribution network. Successfully dealing with large industries such as steel, power generation, cement, heavy engineering, etc. I'm deeply passionate about new disruptive trends and technologies in marketing as well as product domain. I believe in driving business growth using power of 'Internet' and 'Connected People'! Previously, I worked at Enerpac, Team Maintenance and Soman Associates, as sales manager developing key accounts and distribution business. With a background of mechanical engineering and doing sales & marketing in conventional way for over 25 years, adapting to digital marketing and IoT was a interesting journey. Sky is the limit and learning never ends. When I am not running or trekking, reading books is what I like to do. Horse riding is a new found love though! I believe exercising mind and body both is crucial for healthy life. I am actively associated with a non-profit "Vivekananda Seva Mandal" which is working in rural development and child education field. I also like meeting new people over a cup of coffee.
