A Chartered Accountant and Finance Professional having 20+ years of experience with strong business acumens ship and analytical skillsets and has core domain knowledge in the field of Financial analysis and taxations and have experience in handling the Financial Controllership role to manage the entire F&A operation inter-alia includes finalization, Statutory audits, Internal audit/controls, Risk management, Budgeting, Cash flow management and has worked closely with the CFOs. Also had experience working with the Big4s for various tax litigation, implementation of the automation process, etc. Presently, associated with the most renowned and trusted organisation i. e. TATA Group has a Turnover of INR 120 Billion and performing the role of Tax Strategist which include Handling Tax advisory role, Tax litigation and improving the existing processes, Supporting the businesses in evaluating the Contracts and Agreements and Controlling the Tax compliances. In my current role, spearheaded the automation of e-invoice and GST compliance on the platform of ASP/GSP and conducted various learning and training sessions for the cross functions.
