Chartered Accountant, a seasoned internal audit professional with over 18 years of post qualification experience in the field of audit and Risk Management. My expertise is in manufacturing company, EPC Project based company, Infrastructure company etc. My passion for delivering excellence in risk management has driven my career, and I take pride in my ability to provide strategic insights and value to organizations. I have headed the internal audit of Power generation company, Headed audit of EPC company having project in India & middle east countries. Have acquired the knowledge and expertise of processes, across industry segments within the country and outside the country of; 1. Setting up of Internal audit function / department and managing the same. Independently and successfully managing internal audit, Action taken report, process audit, finalizing audit reports. Business process risk assessment, Control reviews, cost reduction, Re-engineering of Internal audit function of companies. Supporting business managers in implementation of audit recommendations on improvement area identified during audits. Established "Whistle Blower policy" in the company and executing fraud investigation based on the complain received. Making regular PPT presentations to the Audit Committee on quarterly basis. Review of current SOP, Internal Control, Identifying GAP if any in SOP, Drafting New SOP and ensuring the implimentation. Tracking of ATR ( Action taken report) on the audit observation and presenting the executive summary to ACM
