I am a graduate IT student with a primary focus on networking, troubleshooting, and securing business systems. My expertise lies in network security, firewalls, and databases. I have hands-on experience in configuring hardware devices, providing remote desktop support, managing network routing, and performing firmware updates. Furthermore, I possess a proficient understanding of Microsoft Server, including ADDS (Active Directory Domain Services), Group Policy management, and data migration. I also have a sound knowledge of DHCP, DNS, and disk partitioning and optimization. Additionally, I have a detailed understanding of Office 365 and troubleshooting Windows-related issues. Throughout my diverse learning experiences, I have honed my skills in identifying and resolving organizational problems, which can be effectively applied within IT roles. I have utilized my professional expertise to analyze and solve complex problems independently, consistently delivering excellent service to my customers. At present, I am seeking new challenges within the IT industry and eagerly pursuing opportunities where I can contribute my full efforts toward helping organizations achieve their goals.
