Holding a Masters degree in Construction Project Management from the prestigious RICS School of Built Environment, I started my professional journey with Desapex where I have honed my skills and expertise in shaping the future of construction through cutting-edge digital technologies. My journey has led me to specialize in various groundbreaking solutions, each designed to transform the way construction projects are conceived and executed. I am deeply involved in the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) by crafting a robust digital framework in alignment with ISO 19650 standards, ensuring that information flows effortlessly across project teams and stakeholders, fostering efficiency and transparency. My proficiency in 4D BIM and 5D enriches project planning by adding the dimension of time and cost to model with help of tools like Synchro, CostX allowing for a more comprehensive understanding of project evolution. Furthermore, my skills extend to Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR), which I employ to enhance project visualization, stakeholder engagement. In my pursuit of innovation, I have embraced reality capture technologies with zeal. I am adept at utilizing cutting-edge tools like RTC360, Faro and TRIMBLE X7 for precise progress monitoring and as built capturing through reality capture techniques.
