I am passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and solve their problems using technology. I have a strong background in customer success, service delivery, and data analysis, gained through my education and work experience. I graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Business and Economics, with a Co-operative Education designation. Through my studies, I developed core competencies in project management, research and analytics, and problem-solving, as well as a keen interest in technology and innovation. I also gained valuable work experience as a Program Coordinator at SFU Career and Volunteer Services, where I honed my customer service, leadership, and organizational skills. I am passionate about learning new things, solving problems, and creating positive impacts. In my most recent role as a Customer Success and Service Delivery Analyst at Trulioo, a leading global identity verification company, I worked with a global team of professionals to provide identity verification solutions to clients. I supported the implementation and delivery of multiple projects for clients across various industries and regions. I collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of multiple projects, and resolved any issues or challenges that arose during the process. I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge in a full-time customer facing role in the tech industry, where I can contribute to the growth and success of both the customers and the company.
