I have worked in a broad variety of roles since my career began. These include my current position as Aviation Security officer for a team of nine Security Inspectors previously admin assistant to approx 30 staff & previous numerous roles such as General Operative for large companies such as Symantec, IBM, 3COM & Creative labs. Previously I also lived and worked in Australia for 1 yr (2003/04) working as Telesales Assistant for warm/ cold calling & AMP Insurance to Cashier/ floor assistant in a dry cleaners & highend waitressing for weddings. Earlier roles whilst at school included Cashier/floor assist./ stock assist. for Roches Stores Supermarket chain. These roles in very different environments have helped to broaden my work experience all round enhancing my customer & professional skills to a high standard. I am a reliable, hardworking & trustful employee with strong motivational & organizational skills & a natural ability to work as part of a team or on my own initiative. Excellent multi-tasking skills paying close attention to detail. Flexible & adaptable to various situations from working to deadlines to crisis situations. I also obtained strong communication and Interpersonal Skills through various courses in my current role,(Birkman) Influencing skills + Stress Management in the work place. I am an analytical thinker with good problem solving skills and have been involved in setting up new systems and ideas for my section.
