Hi my name is Dini Hendiarti. I've been working in banking industry for 9 yrs approximately, and pretty sure will still be counting. Specifically, in a division of Human Resources. I think i'm in love with this, since i decided to take a major of HR in my master degree. Anyway, im a mother of two. my children are my harmony in life. I fully agree that being a full time mom and a working mom is a noble title for a woman, and i choose to be the 2nd one. Working and taking care of kids having the exact same heavy portion in my life. I can't choose one over another, bcs those needs my full responsibility. Carefulness, punctuality and cooperation are the main ascpects to get it done. I've been handling plenty of requests from employees. Every single request coming, i'd do it with patience, a communication skill and a touch of the data driven analytic to cover the employee's understanding. But life should be balance. When in spare time, id like to hang out with my family. Playing with my kids, visitng my parents and siblings. and thank God, watching movies running in blood. The cheapest entertainment anyone can enjoy i guess. So i feed my kids documentary movies which i believe can deliver the success in life, hone the critical thinking bcs all i can say is "it's based on a true story, if you want/dont want to be like that, think abt the next step you should take" In the end, all i can say is, i love my life, i love my job, because im doing it with passions.
