With 20+ years of experience, I bring a rare blend of financial discipline, strategic philanthropy leadership, and regional ecosystem-building expertise. My journey began in financial services, where I learned the fundamentals of capital, risk, and client trust. That foundation now fuels my work in social investment. As Regional Director at AVPN, I lead strategy and partnerships across nine Southeast Asia markets, representing 40% of AVPN’s global network. I work closely with governments, DFIs, foundations, corporations, and social enterprises to design solutions that are catalytic, locally grounded, and scalable. What drives me is simple: creating environments where collaboration replaces silos, and where capital moves toward impact with intention and integrity. I bring the same discipline, consistency and resilience from my life as an endurance athlete — Three Ironman 70.3 finisher, Six World Marathon finisher, national master triathlon and swimming medalist — into my leadership philosophy.
