About Dinithi Mudalige
I graduated with the Governor General's Silver medal from my honours degree in Neuroscience from the University of Calgary and am an MD student at the University of British Columbia. I am passionate about health advocacy and reducing the barriers to healthcare. I am a strong advocate for the destigmatization of mental health and providing mental health resources, particularly to marginalized communities. I am also interested in dementia care and geriatric medicine. As such, I have been conducting research on a dementia marker at the University of Calgary for the past four years.
