Success and failure in life, both begin with the same emotion - belief. It is our belief that determines the boundaries of our happiness. In these years, the question "What makes me happy?" has run in my head a zillion times and after having found the answer to it, I am now on my purpose to help a million lives find their happiness. With a professional journey of growing in and with several roles across multiple companies varying in size, industry and purpose, solving problems with trust, integrity and by simplifying them has been the foundation for my ethos. I have been fortunate to serve and support the growth of these companies as a coach who is always cheering and rooting for the success of the team and a trusted advisor to the senior leaders. Over the years I have learnt that focusing on the 'People Happiness' is what makes a company or individuals perform at levels far beyond their potential. The power of collaboration and happiness is something that I practice as an individual and this drives my personal happiness too.
