About Dino Narciso

I am a Senior Project Manager of a fast-growing Italian S.p.A, active in Management Consulting, which operates in the governance of complex projects, mainly in Business and Digital Transformation, Post M&A and more generally in professional services dedicated to financial services (banking and insurance). I have 24 years of experience in the insurance sector, eight of which have been gained directly at two important Italian insurance groups. From 11/2003 to 10/2009, I took part in the start-up of a non-life insurance company and held the position of Organisation and Change Manager for about 4 years. From 11/2009 I started my professional career in the business consulting. Until the end of 2015 I performed the position of Manager at a leading multinational Consulting Firm and since 2016 I have continued my consulting activity as Senior Manager at the current company. I have consolidated experience in project and program management by coordinating groups of collaborators on projects of varying complexity and type, mainly in the Non-Life Insurance business. I have developed skills in the direct management of Software Factory within IT projects (service models, testing models) and ICT governance and risk management. In my current job position, reporting directly to the company's owners and liaising with the C-levels of the client companies, I act as both engagement manager and delivery manager on projects, with the ultimate goal of developing the business and expanding the company's practice.
