About Dinorah Meyer

Holistic Career Counseling & Yoga Therapy As a helping professional, I am driven by a desire to support individuals in finding personal and professional fulfillment. With a master’s degree in counseling, I’ve spent many years providing career development support through one-on-one sessions and workshops. My training in yoga therapy has expanded my toolkit, allowing me to blend traditional Western career counseling strategies with Eastern yoga concepts and practices for a holistic, individualized approach. I work with clients as whole, interconnected individuals—mind, body, heart, and soul—helping them clarify goals, overcome obstacles, make decisions, navigate transitions, communicate effectively, manage stress, and feel empowered to pursue meaningful personal and professional growth. Since 2017, I have been integrating yoga practices, including guided breathing, meditation, visualization, and movement, into counseling sessions and workshops.
