About Dion Miller

As an Assistant Project Manager at Tetra Tech ARD, I lead project support across all sectors in over 10 countries for multiple United States Agency for International Development (USAID) projects. I oversee the curation and submission of 150+ project documents to the USAID Development Experience Clearinghouse, facilitate the recruitment and deployment of 15+ consultants and long-term staff, and ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and internal data management systems. I also streamline financial operations by reviewing and approving consultant invoices, processing fund requests, and generating comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reports to ensure compliance. I have a Master's degree in International Policy and Development from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, where I studied Arabic Language and Literature at Middlebury Language Schools. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in American Ethnic Studies and Global Studies from the University of Washington Bothell. My skills include data analysis, project management, and geospatial analysis.
