About Dion Pollett

I have been a leader for 24 of my 25 year career, who enables the team to deliver an exceptional client experience while maximizing advocates and minimizing detractors. I am a good listener with a genuine interest in other’s growth and success, I help foster that development through words of encouragement and teaching. A peacekeeper, I help mediate and resolve other’s issues and practice forgiveness in my own life. I am a natural leader, who takes responsibility and accountability for the performance and strong contribution results of my teams and partners by always leading with client experience and behaviours as a priority, with a strong focus on consistent practice management routines delivered via observation, retailing and in the moment experiences, supporting and advocating on the teams behalf. I have successfully managed several large teams in previous positions (25 +), through change management priorities with compassion, care and an open mind. My priority has always been to lead and coach my teams to always be engaged in an open dialogue environment that promotes respect, kindness engagement and expertise for the sharing of ideas and ways to develop and implement strategic initiatives to pursue efficiencies and market opportunities to profile/enhance my brand within my community and market.
