About Dion Stauffer

Senior Software Engineer & Systems Integrator with over 26+ years of experience. I have experience in all aspects of mission system development and deployment. I can adapt and learn new technology quickly and have a proven track record of doing so successfully. I'm very flexible when adapting to a new work situation or environment. In addition to being able to learn new tech quickly, my years of experience give me insight into the workings of software industry, allowing me to assess a client's needs and move quickly to start solving the problems that the client is facing. I am comfortable with being "self-directed" and working by myself, as well as working as a member of a team and receiving guidance from other team members or the PM. I enjoy solving problems, and I'm a curious person by nature. My curiosity drives my passion for learning. I have experience in leading large teams, as well as being a team member on such teams and following the direction of the PM. If a client needs a leader, I can fulfil a leadership role. If the client needs effective, reliable, and productive team members, I can fulfil that role as well. I am flexible per the needs of the customer.
