I empower my team to be curious, courageous, to learn and to draw on their expertise and lean into challenge. The status quo is dead. I love when people share their ideas with free abandon in the pursuit of innovation. I have led teams of 4 - 45 people and I do so with empathy, compassion and with the innate view that people are good; that they thrive in the right working environment. I take accountability for my work and expect others to also. Afterall, accountable people are not afraid to make mistakes, find solutions to problems, share what they know and are open to learning and ideas. Love that! I have worked for some of the most powerful people in business and have learned lessons in leadership from the best - and the worst. I can be both spontaneous and considered. I have big visions and the gumption to execute them. I'm an out-of-the-box thinker and I'm not afraid to present recommendations for business improvement and opportunities. I think operationally and strategically. I have a professional and thoughtful approach to my work but will also be first in line to roll up my sleeves and 'muck-in' when required. I am generous with my time, knowledge and expertise. I'm a teacher and a learner. I champion continuous improvement and I relish challenge. I like to flex my mind muscle often 🧠 When there is something new to learn - I'm there! I live in a digital space and I L-O-V-E creating content. I have a knack of thoughtfully expressing the *story* of the business and of its people and community through video, digital/social media and really compelling content. I love marketing and engagement that is empathetic. I manifest and seek minfulness. I love nature, history, our natural world and culture. I document this via my camera.
