About Dionne Williams

As the Director of Patient Services at Alpha Labs, I build and lead the frontline teams providing patient services at multiple patient service centres across Ontario. Our primary focus is to provide an exceptional service journey that leaves a positive and lasting impression. Alpha Labs is an organization that consistently strives to deliver medical lab services that puts the patient first. While the team is made up of diverse individuals and skills, the ownership is integrated with the team and is focused on much more than the bottom line. Patients have always been the focus of my healthcare career. I have a Master of Nursing degree and decades of experience in healthcare operations, including working as a palliative nurse for several years. I believe compassion for the well-being of others is what draws people to a career in healthcare. It is Alpha Labs’ mission to provide high quality medical laboratory services that are accurate, reliable, timely, clinically relevant, cost effective and safe. I bring experience in nursing administration, project management, health information systems implementation, staffing, and employee relations – all leveraged to manage, innovate, and improve healthcare systems and business processes.
