As a Senior Servicing Specialist at Rocket Loans, I help clients manage payments, enroll in hardship plans to prevent delinquency, and recover charged-off accounts through repayment plans and settlements. These experiences have strengthened my problem-solving skills and my commitment to delivering effective solutions for clients. In 2023, I completed the Data Analytics and Engineering with Python course at Grand Circus, where I gained foundational skills in programming and data analysis. I’ve since applied these skills to analyze client trends, signal delinquency early, and implement proactive measures to support client success. Currently, I’m pursuing a degree in Technology, Information Systems, and Analytics at the Wayne State School of Business.
