About Dior Hazel

As a senior majoring in Labor and Human Resources at Penn State University, I am passionate about learning and applying the best practices in human resources management, employee relations, and organizational development. I have a minor in Human Development and Family Studies, which complements my interest in understanding and supporting the diverse needs and perspectives of people in different contexts and stages of life.I have gained valuable experience in various settings, such as youth programs, customer service, and fast food. Most recently, I completed an internship at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Delaware, where I assisted with screening resumes, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to potential mentors and mentees. I also participated in training sessions, workshops, and events to enhance my skills and knowledge in mentoring, leadership, and communication. I have multiple certifications in MVP and Strategic Human Resources, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and improvement. I am eager to explore new opportunities and challenges in the field of human resources and contribute to the success and growth of organizations and individuals.
