Thanks to my dedication and hard work, I was promoted to my current role, where I assist clients with their mortgage servicing needs, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from start to finish.My diverse background in retail and finance has equipped me with a unique blend of skills, including customer relationship management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
