Highly motivated and results driven Customer Insight Manager who loves all things data related. I’ve successfully developed and lead a Customer Insight team to deliver actionable insights, enabling key decision makers to solve challenging business problems. I’m especially passionate about leveraging big data to understand customer behaviour and improve customer experience. Within my experience I have worked with customer data process mapping, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, evaluating new systems i.e. campaign management systems, implementing reporting and insights tools and getting stuck in with analysis and storytelling to help make key business decisions. I’m passionate about putting the customer first and ensuring they have the best customer experience possible, whether that be limiting unnecessary customer contact, striving to hold accurate and up to date or ensuring we contact the customer at the right time by their preferred method of contact/channel.
