About Dipak Kumar Adhikari

I am Post Graduate in Social Work as well as Social Science and currently pursuing a certificate course in “Public Health Practices” from the Indian Institute of Public Health (Gandhi Nagar) I have been working in the development sector for the past 8 years in Health Care domain. I am currently working as a Block Manager at CARE India in the Bihar Technical Support Programme ( TSU to the Govt. of Bihar ). In this position I am responsible for planning, implementing support, management, and supportive supervision of community and institutional health intervention in Maternal health, Child health, TFR, Nutrition & Immunization. I have especially experienced grass route level health challenges and window of opportunity in RMNCH+A as very positive. I would describe myself as someone who is capable of leading a team in an effective team leader as well as a coordinating team player, problem-solver, good communicator, and willing to work anywhere within the country and abroad.
