My professional journey has evolved from HR start-up initiatives to leadership roles in HR, where I've been instrumental in nurturing organizational growth and advancement. I've primarily thrived in the IT industry, particularly within fast-paced environments such as product and application development, leveraging agile methodologies. I began my career as a Recruitment professional, gradually progressing to an HR Business Partner and eventually assuming the position of Head of Human Resources. Since 2018, I've held the role of HR Head, overseeing critical HR functions for both India and the US. This includes my tenure at Pragiti Inc.(Acquired by Digital Management, LLC), where I led two business units, and my current role at Q2 Impact. Throughout this journey, my growth has been organic, and a key factor in my success has been the seamless integration of HR into the broader business framework, on par with other functions.My consistent focus has been on driving organizational excellence through its people, nurturing a diverse and inclusive culture, and ensuring the effective implementation of organizational policies and procedures to uphold these principles. I've also been committed to promoting fair standards across all departments, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organizations, and maintaining a vibrant and enjoyable work atmosphere.
