I am Dipankar Sengupta, offering over 20 years of cross functional experience majorly with Air Arm of India-Indian Air force. Over these years I have handled responsibilities at various capacities in an array of functions including Training & Development, Resource Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, etc. In my present association with No 1 Tettra School, Air Force Station Highgrounds, Chandigarh as Senior Instructor and Head of Faculty Mechanical Division (Airframe), I am accountable for managing overall operations pertaining to faculty management, logistics and transportation. My academic credentials include M. Tech (Env. Management) from JNTU, Kukatpally, Hyderabad; M. Sc (Ecology & Environment) from SMU; B. Sc (Phy, Chem & Math) from Calcutta University; PGDBM from Hyderabad Central University. My ability to strategically plan and mobilize resources to ensure optimal utilization of resources with key focus on bottom line profitability sets me apart from others in the industry. I have actively contributed towards cost optimization and providing inputs for the short and long term strategic planning. Completing assigned work in set time limits has always been priority and key to my growth. I am a hard working individual with an ability to work efficiently under diverse work environments. Detail oriented, confident and committed defines me as an individual. Work culture and career progression drive me to perform better.
