About Dipayan Kar

Well i started with a C.A. Firm post completion of my Bachelor's degree and since then getting into this rat race, trying to keep the pace and accordingly building skills as per the requirements. I was engaged with IDFC First Bank Ltd as a Branch Credit Manager(Grade: Deputy Manager)- MSME Retail Banking_Retail Underwriting Business Loan from Dec 19 to July 20. Prior to which I was in Bajaj Finserv Ltd as Credit manager looking after SME underwriting Business Loan department having spend my tenure of two years and 7 months, started journey on May 2017. Started with Assistant manager role in shillong, meghalaya and post promotion was to Guwahati. My work profile includes underwriting, analysing, operational, fraud risks and so on. Currently I am based out at Home location Shillong. I have a overall of more than 3 years and 9 months of experiences working in Accounting and Finance & BPO. My previous organisation includes D.Das & Associates(C.A.), Ibm Concentrix, Aegis & Bajaj Finserv Ltd.
