My career has been self-made, reflecting my unwavering commitment to service excellence, operational innovation, and team leadership. I began my career in Guest Services, where I experienced first-hand the definition of a five-star guest experience. I then transitioned to Operations, helping streamline logistics and align cross-functional teams. As Director of Hotel Operations, I led operational initiatives across multiple properties, revised Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and rolled out guest programs that directly impacted hotel retention and profitability. Now, as Regional Director of Los Angeles, I oversee strategic operations across multiple luxury properties, driving hotel expansion, digital transformation, and sustainable growth initiatives. I thrive in a high-performance environment where service, detail, and vision complement each other. Whether opening a new hotel, leading a brand refresh, or optimizing supplier contracts, I bring clarity, drive, and collaboration.
