A seasoned IT Delivery leader with 23+ years of experience, I bring in expertise in areas ranging from Technology consulting, Solution designing, Large scale Global IT delivery including transformation & transition, managing & meeting CxO expectations. Across this journey, I have worked extensively with customer partners in defining their IT strategy, developing IT Roadmap, building solution blueprints and enabling the deployment with the best-fit technology solutions. In my present role as a client delivery partner in the Netherlands, I am responsible to ensure that my customers get the best-in-class IT solutions suitable to their line of business, the right team with the right skill and cost optimized delivery models so as to ensure business continuity and also ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction! In the last 5 years, I have been actively engaged with customers in large Retail, Healthcare & beauty and customers in Energy & Utility sector. I have been able to ensure seamless IT service delivered, achieved on an average 5 – 10% reduction in IT operational cost and succeeded in reducing technical debt by around 20%.
