Discuss possible causes with testers and programmers. • Manage document process flow and control in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) environment (Agile). • Review, edit, and format product management documents, marketing communications/collateral, and other organizational documents as requested. • Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet all documentation deliverable deadlines. • Perform Quality Assurance review and testing for team deliverables for adherence to standards and templates; proofing and making necessary corrections prior to release. • Identify and recommend changes to established documentation practices and policies. • Independently anticipate and resolve problems in a fast-paced application development team environment.
