I have experience in setting up unit in SEZ premises (BLUT, LOA, LOM, acceptance of LOA, default service, DCP) and DTA clearance relating to import material in interstate Business. Skillful in knowledge about the formalities related to SEZ unit during Exit from SEZ schema statutory approval for SEZ unit/ Co-developer. few key Achievements: 1.Effectively ensured timely custom clearance examination with Custom Officer and Co-ordination with CHA for Import & Export and keeping all necessary records 2.Successfully synchronized with Custom officer in authority of Sr. Appraiser, appraise and specified officer regarding Bill of Entry-Assessment, Port Clearance, GST including Material Clearance and necessary Approvals 3.Supervised commercial documentation for export-import trade in compliance with statutory regulations. Effectively handling experience in SEZ CUSTOM audit by CAG and Custom officers.
