About Dipesh Neupane

With a strong foundation in IT support and a passion for advancing technical proficiency, I am an enthusiastic MSc Computer Science graduate from York St. John University. In my previous role as an IT Support Technician at Subisu Cablenet Limited, I provided comprehensive technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues and troubleshooting network problems. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges and contributed to the documentation of IT processes and procedures.(50 tokens) Before that, I worked as a web application developer at Inspire Technologies, where I designed, coded, and implemented web applications using various technologies and methodologies. I thoroughly tested web applications to identify and resolve bugs and ensure optimal functionality. I also continuously expanded my knowledge of web development technologies, especially in artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT). I am committed to continuous learning and innovation and seek a challenging IT support role to apply and enhance my skills in a professional setting.
