About Dipesh Patel

From day one, I’ve been driven by a simple goal: make IT work better for the people who rely on it. Over the past three years, I’ve supported users, secured systems, and solved problems across fast-paced enterprise environments — and now, I’m expanding into hybrid infrastructure, cloud solutions, and leadership-oriented responsibilities. My journey started with hands-on technical support roles at Systigrator Solution and BreezeMaxWeb, where I provided IT support across Windows, macOS, and network devices. I resolved escalations, trained users, supported server backups, managed IT assets, and even handled classroom infrastructure like security cameras and Tally backups. Today, I work as an IT Support FSO at PowerCo Canada (via HCLTech), where I handle device provisioning with SCCM, Zscaler VPN group management, M365 and Entra ID support, and iOS deployments through Apple Business Manager (ABM). In addition to technical support, I’m also acting in the capacity of a Process Manager, where I lead SLA monitoring, documentation, weekly performance reporting, and incident workflows through ServiceNow — working closely with the Digital Workplace Specialist to maintain operational excellence. Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA A+, ITIL® 4 Foundation, MS-900 Tools: ServiceNow, MECM, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Entra ID, Intune, ABM, Jira Project: Successfully built a hybrid enterprise lab (AD, Intune, Exchange, Autopilot, Jamf, VPN, Security, and DR) What sets me apart is my ability to work calmly under pressure, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users, and deliver real value through hands-on execution. I see every incident as an opportunity to build trust and every deployment as a step toward smarter infrastructure.
