Activities performed- Bidding projects- Master plan development, BOQ preparation of civil and structural work are mention below- •Material handling structures like conveyor Gallery, Transfer tower, washery building, silo, Drive House, VGTU, Bunker, Retaining wall etc. •Substation, cable gallery, light pole, Transformer yard, High mast), •Utility Infrastructure (Pump house, water tank, Fog canon, compressor. •External Development work like Road, Drain, culvert, Nala diversion, Bridge, Resettlement and Rehabilitation (R&R) colony, Township etc. Detailed Engineering Projects- •Preparation of Bill of Quantities and submit to estimation team for capex preparation. •Preparation of DPR for budget and banking purpose. •Value engineering, Implementation of New construction technologies and construction material. •Tender Preparation including Scope of work and technical specifications for Civil and structural work for Material handling system. •Bidder query solving. •Preparation of RFP document for Geotechnical investigation, survey work, Architect work to finalize consultants etc. •Technical Evaluation of the bidders. •Complete coordination with Client, Contractors, and respective Contractors •Internal coordination with Electrical, Utility, Mechanical and Estimation team. •Project Schedule Management •Site query solving •Site Inspection •Civil and structural Design & Drawing Review for Material handling structures like Retaining wall, Transfer tower, Washery building, Thickener, silo, substation, pump house, water tank, pipe rack, STP, WTP, Buildings, Road, drains etc. •Preparation of in-house drawings for Road, drain, sheds etc. and get approval from client. •Coordination with site team, Architect, Structural consultants, HVAC and utility consultant, Electrical consultant, contractors, Techno commercial department, Estimation team, Quality team etc. •Site visit as per Requirement of site engineers. •Responsible for Master planning of different sites.
