Have 10+ years of experience in Training and development,Employee engagement, Performance management, Organization development, Succession planning,rewards and recognition, compliance and Statutory management, Payroll and compensation. Academically I am a dual post graduate in HRM and CRM from ICFAI and Ahmedabad Management Association. Attended a management program on Strategic HRM at IIM Ahmedabad to enhance my skills. Previous Employment: Commenced my professional journey with WIPRO BPO based in Kolkata as a Technical support executive.Then moved on to Ahmedabad and continued as a Senior Trainer for Telecom processes, Soft skills and English Language enhancement for Aegis BPO. Joined Reliance BPO for the Outbound and Retention process in Mumbai. Took a sabbatical for 3 years, up-skilled my self in HR related skills and knowledge then joined Bigbasket-Gujarat as Assistant Manager-HR. Managing and handling the HR gamut for the region from the scratch.Right from hiring to process orientation and streamlining of the processes for the region was managed. Then moved on with Pandit Ventures heading the HR department wherein everyday was exciting and a challenging role where innovation and freedom both are involved and a new platform to explore and enhance the profile of HR is provided. Highly involved with the leadership and Management team for strategic decisions in various aspects of the business.
