About Dipika Poddar

I am an Electrical Engineer in Training with 4+ years of experience in Power Systems. I have been actively involved in PJM interconnection studies, managing projects from initial data review through to final submission. My responsibilities have included reviewing project data in Queue Point, developing interconnection models, preparing scope of work documents, and conducting power system studies to ensure compliance with PJM requirements. This end-to-end involvement has provided me with a strong understanding of PJM's interconnection procedures and technical requirements. I have worked two co-op terms with the PSMM group at the AESO and I learned quite a bit while at the AESO and was able to contribute to the tasks related to TASMo Database, PDUP, IDEV, basecases, SQL queries etc. I have Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Calgary and Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). I have completed Python Programming Certificate of Completion from SAIT.
