About Dipika Sinha

A journey that started in the hills of Darjeeling where I completed school education before moving to Lucknow for my graduation. Career Path: I started my career in the hotel industry with The Montgomeri Golf Resort and Spa in Dubai where in my three years I grew to become a Team leader, leading a diverse team of members. Marriage brought me to Noida 2008 where I joined a travel-related IT solutions firm - RateGain IT solutions Noida as Assistant Account Manager, this was the perfect platform which gave me an insight into the IT industry. A couple of years later I took on a new challenge as Customer Relations Manager at Pekiti Tirsia Kali. My stint at PTK allowed me to gain an in-depth understanding of Martial arts sector. My work entailed visiting corporate houses, premier education institutes and HNI’s based in the NCR region, As the company diversified, I planned, oversaw and managed construction and set up of Shaolin Gurukul situated at Pangot, Nainital. Having successfully completed the project I took on a new challenge in the travel sector with Asian Adventures, Noida. which promotes “responsible tourism” and drawing consciousness among travelers about their environment and taking steps to treating it with respect. The expeditions and packages are thus conceptualized and planned. I was introduced to the fascinating world of Digital Marketing at Asian Adventures. This prompted me to become a certified digital marketer (have completed my digital marketing fundamentals with Google and I am growing. In 2019 I under went the Forest Bathing Guide Training by the European Forest Therapy Institue in Ireland. Forest Therapy or Forest bath is a wellness path to prevent disease, by simply visits to a natural area. Forest Therapy India's approach to Shinrin Yoku is - A combination of therapeutic leisurely walks on gentle paths under forest canopy with guided activities to help you open your senses. I Lead Therapeutic Forest bathing walks and Himalayan Retreats. My journey thus far has traversed various sectors where I have gained rich insights in managing, planning and bringing projects to fruition while continuing to gain insights of new market trends and up-skilling at every opportunity to keep pace with the ever-evolving work environment along with new hobbies of Birding and Conservation and Forest Bathing.
