An IT professional with over 10 years’ experience which spans across areas such as IT Support, Network Administration, IT Service Desk, Endpoint Management, Data Center Management, to name a few. Have performed roles of providing first and second-level technical support to corporate clients, assigned and treated with tickets arising from the service desk. Adept in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server Administration, MS Office Suite, SCCM/SCEP, patch management, software installation, and distribution. Also performed the role of IT Control/ Network Administrator/ Cybersecurity by researching and recommending approaches for system administration tasks. Analyzed and monitored server security and implemented patches and fixes to address potential security holes; provided hardware and operating system support for the corporate and field computer systems within the environment. Took part in many successful projects, some of which include: the implementation of a company-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project; the Planning, Implementation, and Deployment of a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) project; E-learning and Knowledge Management project; as well as a Network Infrastructure Upgrade project.
