I believe there is always something to learn, and with world transforming at a rapid pace, change is crucial. With plethora of insights in today’s business world, my curiosity drives my analytical brain about how change and tactics drives the growth! My professional skills have grown from my family with a diverse background (business and literature) and my childhood hobbies - writing, craft and sport. I proudly say, I have been able to convert those passions into reality through various roles in my little over two decades of career in IT industry. I began as a Software Engineer, made a pivot from Service Delivery into Consulting and Sales Engineering in 2006. Over the time, I broadened my competency across General Management, Enterprise Architecture, Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance, which offered multi-faceted business value to my customers and helped organisation(s) to build and grow profitable business. My experiences are wide-ranging from Analyst to Consulting, Legacy to Cloud Computing, Technical to Commercial, Solutions to Customer Success, Sales Engineering to Service Delivery and Applications to Products & Platforms. I had built Solutions Business Unit from ground-zero, increased deal win rate by over 165% in 3 years, contributed over 70% to revenue growth in 2019 for MetricStream. In 2010, I was credited for winning a large deal valuing TCV $156M, for Logica’s technology customer in Finland. During a brief stint in 2005, I had managed $5M Service Delivery portfolio with P&L responsibility for a French luxury brand. Thinking like a customer, my effort is to make their experience better by mentoring talent. I have honed my ability to align teams to work towards common objectives. I prefer to take consultative approach, as engagement and collaboration are vital to obtain alignment. That’s why I flex-to-fit with people using an open communication style as a means to be more effective working with cross-functional stakeholders. The devil is often in the details, so I make sure to be precise and detail-oriented. Inspired by nature, I am passionate about ‘culture and equity’ in the workplace, and equality in all the environments that matter. My high energy and passion come with me in my day-to-day life and I take pride in doing little bit of everything for work-life integration. In 2019, I was recognised by IIM, Bangalore as one of the ‘Top 50 EGMP Stars’ in Women Achiever category.
