About Dipti Das

With over fourteen years of experience in various fields spanning strategic communications, internal communications, content writing, knowledge management, journalism, technical writing and PR, I have held various positions in the past and in my current role. Currently I handle Communications for both the CIO and COO offices of Wipro. I’m responsible for executing and managing all communication channels for both these offices- internal and external. As a strategic communications lead, I help develop better internal engagement experiences, that strive to define and execute impactful and compelling strategies, plans and materials to communicate to employees, potential employees and various enterprises within the organization. I execute and manage all communication channels- develop and maintain the CIO and COO’s communications for consistent, cross-cutting, effective narratives across internal and external channels- including creating annual editorial calendars, quarterly newsletters, publishing of regular dashboards for the senior management, creation of video and video scripts for the top leaders of the company. I’m also responsible for creating campaign designs and content development for a variety of internal and external channels, to contribute to and lead global programs within the organization including Organizational Change Management (OCM). I work in close collaboration with the Central Corporate Communication Teams, Marketing and Strategy Teams, Strategy and Transformation Teams to develop evaluation tools, using metrics to disseminate communications and channel decisions for a diverse audience. My earlier positions elsewhere include Internal Communications Specialist with L&T Infotech, lead Content/ Technical Writer for HCL Technology, Content Writer for Unilever, Associate Editor for a news agency based out of India, Editor for an UAE-based magazine etc. I have also served as journalist/ editor for some of the forefront independent media publications based in India. A consistently dependable team player, I can thrive in a high-pressure environment, enjoy the challenges of meeting deadlines and managing a team and I’m comfortable researching, interviewing, writing and editing on a wide range of topics.
