Apart from psychometric test scales I use ayurvedic pulse diagnosis & unique mind-body constitution test for Diagnosis and treatment. I find immense satisfaction in facilitating mental wellbeing treatments. Founder & Director at MANAS AYURVED, first of its kind Ayurvedic counselling/mental health clinic in Pune. 10+yrs experience in clinical Ayurveda, 4+ yrs in Psychotherapy for Depression, Anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive disorders among others. Have pursued Masters in counselling & spiritual health, Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Bach Flower therapy and Ayurveda Satvavajay therapy (Non Drug Psychotherapy in Ayurved), Chakra healing among others My journey with psychology began while working on myself, overcoming personal traumatic issues. Pursued Masters and other certificate courses for in-depth understanding of mind-body-emotions. Till date I have conducted online & in-person consultations, Sessions at reputed college & schools, webinars, Tele counselling for covid positive & post covid patients for mental wellbeing. Am open to working with corporates & small businesses to conduct stress management or wellbeing workshops and provide individual sessions to employees.
