I have about 7 years of post-qualification experience (Chartered accountant cleared in first attempt) in transfer pricing (TP)(5 years) and statutory audit (2 years) in Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP. a. Transfer pricing which includes advice on business modeling, TP benchmarking analysis on cross border transactions, TP compliance services, TP assessment proceedings, assistance in dealing with Dispute Resolution Panel, Commissioner of Income Tax, Income Tax Appellate Authorities, and Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) etc. b. Statutory audits of listed and private companies, which includes accounting, preparation and finalization of financials. c. Internal audit internship experience which includes operational process re-engineering. d. Studying / working on international / corporate taxation My objective is to attain a position in finance control / direct tax function of an organization that enables me to use my skills and knowledge and gives a great deal of exposure towards organization growth.
