Have enriched experience of 12 years as Steel Manufacturing Professional in Tata Steel Limited ( A fortune 500 Company). I am passionate about managing cross- functional culturally diverse team, optimizing and elevating process through analytics and technology. I have extensive experience in Automotive steel in Flat Product | Cold Rolling Mill | Continuous Annealing Technology – CAPL, PLTCM, Continuous Galvanizing Line Operations & Quality Management, Technology Implementation, Negotiations, Process optimization and throughput maximization, Digitization and Business Excellence in Manufacturing Industry. Currently I am working in Tata Steel Flat Product division in Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) department. Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) caters cold rolled sheets for constructional, structural and commercial purpose. Apart from that it also caters premium product of skin panel sheets to all the major automobiles player in India. My key responsibility is to achieve 2.04 MTPA of cold rolled sheets by production and planning, Improving and sustaining product quality, driving TPM, various TQM initiatives, industry 4.0 projects, ensuring environmental and factory legal compliances, Contract safety management and Cost and inventory optimization. I have established deep understanding of these areas and established a track record of success in delivering high quality results. I am looking forward to gain more knowledge through experiential learning and work in the field of Marketing, Project management, supply chain operations or design and development.
