Played a key role in designing business metrics like Turn Around Times, EVM Capital, Profit Margin, Return on Equity, Return on Income, etc. Lead few projects to convert excel based dashboard into Power BI. Global Stakeholder management which includes interaction with various MDs, Directors, and other senior management. Assess the financial metrics of business i.e, EVM and US GAAP Performance, while identifying and quantifying financial and non-financial benefits of proposed solutions Previous Role Key responsibilities: Act as a PMO during the transformation process, liaising with multiple stakeholders, including the C- suite, to deliver data drive insights to support their decision-making process. Review the work done by junior team members, delivering on quality, consistency & meetings SLA. Perform Actual vs Expected analysis for various products across L&H i.e, Mortality, Disability, Critical Illness, Medical Reimbursement and Longevity. Carried out process improvements by analyzing gaps and building effective controls Used programming skills (Excel Macros, Power BI or similar) to improve and enhance existing results. Maintenance testing, performing UAT and gather signoffs for L&H tools i.e. Quote Tracker and L&H Reinsurance Cockpit. Successfully completed migration from BOXi to L&H Reinsurance Cockpit which included collating information from Business Services Team and transforming it into specifications for IT. Interpret data and identify meaningful insights to develop recommendations. Supported on documenting and communication of meeting outcomes and results to management for action. Prepare BAU reporting which covers various KPIs like Costing Performance, Turn Around Times (TAT) around Quote Process & Costing Process. Providing ad-hoc analysis for MIS reporting using Advance Excel i.e, Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
