Led a team which was responsible for managing performance management process, external and internal employee satisfaction survey and HR helpdesk for all geographic locations of Infosys. Established the online on boarding process for Infosys India. In earlier Tenure at Monster.com, The Asian Age and Aptech was responsible for formulating and delivering of sales target.
