I currently serve as a Cybersecurity Industry Board Member at Our Lady of the Lake University, where I advise and support the development of the cybersecurity curriculum and programs. I also hold three prestigious certifications from ISACA: CISA, CISM, and CDPSE, which demonstrate my proficiency and commitment to the highest standards of cybersecurity practice and ethics. Previously, I was an Information Security Leader at USAA, where I managed and executed the cybersecurity compliance program and strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. I also co-chaired the Insider Threat Working Group (ITWG) at FS-ISAC, a leading global organization that facilitates collaboration and information sharing among financial institutions and other stakeholders. In this role, I leveraged my expertise in insider threat detection and mitigation, and contributed to the development and dissemination of resources, tools, and guidance for the cybersecurity community. My mission is to protect and enhance the security and resilience of organizations and individuals in the face of evolving cyber threats and challenges.
