I am an expert in driving significant savings of several million Euros by digitalization and automation of Engineering and Manufacturing processes. AI/LLMs are creating significant advances in our processes already. Innovation is my passion. Throughout my international engineering career I have pioneered projects that improve processes and open up new possibilities. I have a proven track record at global industry leaders in projects that involve digitalization, automation, quality, data analytics and IT-architecture, and more recently, the use of AI / LLM`s. I have managed large departments in line functions and also lead complex projects to success, both by establishing a culture of continuous improvements, as well as by revolutionising processes. My strongest areas are in engineering design and in manufacturing. Having work experience in China, India, Mexico, USA, UK, Germany, Switzerland and South Africa, I appreciate different cultures. In my free time I like to ride my gravel bike and play my bass trombone. I have a strong interested in macro economics and geopolitics. I love beautiful design and I am a family man.
