This experience has made me attuned to what it takes to drive this change in organizations while always delivering to stakeholders.Decision making has gotten a lot harder in the last ten years- Decision making has become less complicated in the last ten years!There seems to be a conflict in these statements - but it's not - it's just an expression of the actual rat race that's going on.Changes and disruptions in business models and the resulting changes in business/human behavior driven by technology demand more complex decision processes in shorter timeframes/frequencies. On the other hand, the improved availability of (big) data and easy access to AI methods are significantly improving decision-making processes in terms of speed and reliability.I am a consultant for companies looking for the best decisions, starting with the right questions, the focus, the identification of the best available data to analyze, the choice of the right (AI or non-AI) methods, and a smooth implementation, whatever the recommendation will be.My background is in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research - my passion is AI (Artificial Intelligence). During my years in consulting and business, I have seen first-hand the difference between bad and well-reasoned decisions, and how the right decisions with proper implementation can enable us to outperform the competition. I'm trained in Change Management and SixSigma (Black Belt).Taking full advantage of (big) data analytics and AI requires both translation and adaptation of organizations and business models. I want to enable more organizations to benefit from both.
